Crime Fighting Daughter of an Advisor from The Perfect Home Care Helps Track Down Murderer

They say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. In the case of Eleise Daniels, it fell a distance equivalent to the long arm of the law. Or, as Ms. Daniels explains:  “My daughter is a crime fighter.”

Ms. Daniels, a senior caregiver and one of two senior advisors at The Perfect Home Care, proudly points out that her daughter, Shenika Harley, is a member of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF).

The JCF is the official police force in Jamaica, an island nation situated in the Caribbean Sea. Ms. Daniels, who now lives in Mount Vernon, NY, grew up on the island, as did her 24-year-old daughter.

“Shenika loves what she does,” says Ms. Daniels about her pistol packing daughter. “She’s very dedicated and takes her work very seriously, but she has fun.”

According to Ms. Daniels, her daughter is currently a member of special team of constables called, the “Resilience Squad.”  Among the squad’s most recent accomplishments was tracking down and apprehending a suspected murderer who authorities believed killed four farmers.

“Of course, I worry about her safety, but I don’t have to worry too much because she’s on a good team,” says Ms. Daniels about Shenika, a three-year veteran of the JCF.  “She is very strong, very smart, and very brave.”

Ms. Daniels is also a member of a special team at The Perfect Home Care called, “the Senior Advisor Knowledge Program.” Management at The Perfect Home Care looks to the program for advice when it encounters challenges, be it with a particular case or day-to-day operations.

In addition to her crime fighting daughter, Ms. Daniels has a second child, 30-year-old Shanique Beckford. Ms. Bedford, who’s currently studying at Monroe College in New Rochelle, NY, is pursuing a career that’s more in line with her mother’s position. “She want to be a teacher,” according to Ms. Daniels.
